As a full-service builder that designs, constructs, and delivers adaptive custom residences and adult day-service locations, nxplace Properties finds solutions for challenges to independent living. Our adaptive custom living and learning environments ease the stress on families and caregivers, and helping residents thrive.

From large residential campuses, to multi-unit apartments, to design-to-build group homes, to adult day services facilities, nxplace Properties creates custom-built solutions that meet the needs of the disabled individuals, families, service providers, clinicians, and communities we serve. We seek to become your builder of choice, and we are uniquely positioned to collaboratively design communities that allow residents to flourish.

Families and service provider organizations have the option to purchase our custom-built properties and facilities, or we can stay on to help maintain upon completion of construction. Ultimately, nxplace Properties seeks to create and foster a viable model that can be replicated nationwide.
